reindeer facts...

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer of each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of Winter, usually in late-November to mid-December. But female reindeer keep their antlers until after they give birth in the Spring. So according to every historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, every single one of them from Rudolph to Blitzen had to have been a girl. Which makes perfect sense because only women would have been able to drag a fat man in a red velvet suit around the world in one single night and not get lost!

LOL!! None of those lady reindeer were related to me, obviously - I could get lost in a paper bag, looking for the way out. LOL

Hi Donna, Merry Christmas to you!
tell Kelly and Mark hello. Aren't Ronna and Steven in Texas? Hope you have a wonderful day. Enjoying the quiet because in 2 hours the whole fam will be here. Thankfully the rain has ceased for the time being so they can run off energy outside. Love, Aud
