Well..... They were a flop! I did not use "fudge" brownie mix, not sure if that was the issue or not, BUT... They did not turn out.
First of all, I used room temp diet coke, not out of the fridge... And the mix was almost liquid. Bubbles would not disappear and that's just how they cooked, or I should say not cooked. Could not get the gooey to go away.. Almost burned them, dry around the edges and gooey on the bottom. :(
Rubber chocolate is what they tasted like. Sad.... Wasted a good box of Betty Crocker brownie mix.
