I wasted a whole week of my first week of vacation being sick! So today I can say is my first real day of vacation. Started out with a walk..made 8 blocks for the girls on Weds night for our friendship group exchange... Had to do some sewing... it was like I was having withdrawls..
Tried 2 different kinds. One above is a miniature block, one below is 6 1/2". Liked the big one better with these fabrics.
Worked in the yards, did a little house work, and now the hubby is on his way and we are going to Mimi's cafe for dinner! Yahoo!

I like that fabric in the middle of those spool block. It really looks like thread. I like that!
I am very glad that you are feeling better! Did the doctors (plural) give you any idea WHY you had it? Will it recur?
